Position Overview:

  • Job Title: Admin Officer – North Region (AM1)
  • Location: Islamabad
  • Rating by VIS & PACRA: AM1
  • Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable institute, preferably Master’s, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities: As the Admin Officer – North Region, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of daily administrative activities, fostering a supportive work environment, and enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of the north region. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sound Knowledge of Administration: Demonstrate a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
  2. Event Management: Plan and execute events to enhance team collaboration and engagement.
  3. Vendor Management: Effectively manage relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Utilize Microsoft Office tools for efficient documentation and communication.
  6. Attention to Detail: Exhibit a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational capabilities.
  8. Time Management: Prioritize work effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
