Job Role Overview:

As an Admin Manager at Leopards, you will be at the forefront of various responsibilities, contributing to the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. Your key roles will include:

  1. Legal Matters: Oversee and resolve legal matters ensuring compliance with regulations.
  2. Rider and Delivery Issues: Address and resolve rider and delivery-related issues promptly.
  3. Recovery Management: Manage the recovery of company belongings efficiently.
  4. Asset Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of company assets for optimal functionality.
  5. Utility Bills and Invoicing: Process utility bills and invoices for Leopards Head Office accurately.
  6. Fleet Maintenance: Ensure the efficient maintenance of the company’s fleet.
  7. Rental Vehicle Support: Provide support for rental vehicles to the Pickup Department.
  8. Security Management: Oversee security protocols and monitor camera DVR systems.
  9. Lost and Found: Manage lost and found items, ensuring proper custody.
  10. Petty Cash Handling: Monitor petty cash consumption and handle reimbursement.
  11. Inventory Control: Implement inventory control measures and list tasks for better management.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-7 years of proven experience in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, effective decision-making abilities, and an energetic and positive attitude.
