Position: Admin Facility Manager
Job Description:
As the Admin Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading administration, security, and housekeeping functions at the designated location.
- Supporting Admin Leads in resolving grievances impartially and efficiently.
- Ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks for all departments.
- Monitoring security measures at all entry points, managing vehicle movements, and overseeing the inward and outward flow of goods.
- Managing and supervising services provided by contractors such as canteen, transport, and security, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Planning and executing third-party audits such as CTPAT, WRAP, and Brand Security to ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH).
Ideal Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Master’s in Business Administration or a relevant degree.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in administration, security management, or facility operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and experience in conducting audits.
