The Audit Officer will be responsible for conducting detailed audits of inventory, warehouse operations, engineering stores, and procurement activities. The role ensures that physical stock matches system records and that internal controls are properly followed across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Audits
- Conduct monthly and surprise stock counts of finished goods
- Verify accuracy of warehouse inventory records
- Identify discrepancies and investigate stock variances
Packaging & Returnable Assets Verification
- Perform sample checks of empty bottles, shells, plastic sheets, and related materials
- Audit and reconcile records of empties, pallets, and layer sheets
- Validate empty credit transactions issued to distributors
Shipping & Logistics Asset Audit
- Conduct monthly physical verification of shipping assets
- Investigate variances in shipping-related materials
- Ensure proper asset tracking and documentation
Engineering Store Audit
- Audit engineering store inventory records
- Reconcile stock records with physical counts
- Identify gaps in inventory control systems
Procurement & Purchase Audit
- Perform sample audits of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Verify accuracy and approval of procurement transactions
Invoice & Contractor Verification
- Verify labor contractor invoices
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with agreements
Inventory Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct inventory age analysis
- Identify slow-moving or expired stock risks
- Report audit findings and recommend corrective actions
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
- BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
- MBA in Finance or related field
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Preference for candidates with manufacturing industry exposure
