About the Role

The Sr. Accounts Executive will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, managing reconciliations, and supporting overall financial reporting and decision-making.

This position requires someone who can handle multiple finance functions, communicate effectively with stakeholders such as mall management and landlords, and ensure smooth financial operations using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Bank Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records

ERP-Based Accounting

• Post financial vouchers in ERP systems
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting entries
• Ensure smooth integration of financial data in ERP software

Fund Management

• Monitor and manage company funds efficiently
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of financial resources
• Assist in cash flow monitoring

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate with mall management and landlords
• Resolve financial matters related to rentals, payments, and agreements
• Maintain strong professional relationships with external stakeholders

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Summarize and analyze financial data
• Provide insights to support management decision-making
• Assist in improving financial performance through analysis

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure accuracy in all financial documentation

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance
• Experience in ERP systems is highly preferred
