Position Overview: Business Development Executive / Officer
The Business Development Executive / Officer (BDE/BDO) is responsible for developing and expanding Shangrila’s HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and Out-of-Home B2B channel within the assigned territory. This role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth while representing the brand professionally in the market.
The position requires a proactive individual who can identify business opportunities, negotiate effectively, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive / Officer, you will be responsible for driving growth in the assigned region through strategic sales and relationship management.
HORECA & B2B Channel Development

Take full ownership of developing and expanding the HORECA Out-of-Home (B2B) channel.

Customer Relationship Management

Negotiation & Presentation
