Position Overview: Sr. Accounts Executive
The Senior Accounts Executive role focuses on managing accounts receivable (AR) operations while supporting month-end financial activities and ensuring accurate customer account records. This position works closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and management to maintain financial accuracy, compliance, and timely collections.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
As a Sr. Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing critical financial processes. Your key duties will include:
Accounts Receivable Management

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices.

Follow up on outstanding receivables to support healthy cash flow.
Customer Account Reconciliation

Reconcile customer accounts on a periodic basis.

Prepare and analyze aging reports to track overdue balances.

Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
Payment Processing

Process and record incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to customer accounts.

Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies and accounting standards.
Month-End Closing Support

Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition.

Support accounts receivable reconciliations and reporting requirements.

Ensure timely submission of financial data for management review.
Freight Bill Processing

Handle outward freight bill processing.

Ensure timely verification and payment of freight-related invoices.

Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
