**Job Summary**
Fatima Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Accounts Executive** to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems**, particularly **Oracle Financials**. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a **Senior Accounts Executive**, you will be responsible for:
– **Financial Reporting & Compliance:**
– Preparing **financial statements** in compliance with **accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)** and regulatory requirements.
– Ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
– **General Ledger & Month-End Closing:**
– Managing **general ledger activities**, including **journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings**.
– Reviewing and verifying financial transactions for accuracy.
– **ERP & Financial Systems:**
– Utilizing **Oracle Financials ERP** and **Oracle Analytics** for financial data management and reporting.
– Improving financial processes through system optimizations.
– **Audit & Internal Controls:**
– Assisting in **internal and external audits**.
– Implementing and monitoring **internal controls** to safeguard company assets.

**Key Requirements**
**Education & Certification:**
– **ACCA (Affiliate/Finalist)** or **CA (Finalist/Qualified)**.
– Additional certifications in **financial management or ERP systems** will be a plus.

**Experience:**
– **5-7 years** of relevant experience in **energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors**.
– Hands-on experience with **Oracle Financials ERP** is **mandatory**.
– Strong understanding of **accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation**.

– **Technical Skills:**
– Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel** and financial modeling.
– Experience with **financial software (ERP systems, SAP, or similar)**.
