Your Mission: Strategic Sales Leadership in the KPK Region
Your core mission as a Sales Manager will be to develop and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy that achieves our ambitious company goals for sales volume, market share, and profitability within your assigned territory (Peshawar or Mardan). You will be the face of the company in the market, the leader for your team, and the strategic partner for our dealers. You are accountable for transforming business objectives into tangible results on the ground.

1. Strategic Planning & Objective Execution
You will be the architect of the local sales plan, translating national goals into actionable local strategies.

Develop and formulate a comprehensive sales strategy and marketing plans tailored to your specific region to achieve company sales goals and profitability targets.

Take ownership of the compilation and execution of given plans and objectives.

Be directly responsible for attaining Zone/Area wise targets for both Primary and Secondary Sales, ensuring the movement of products from our distributors to the end consumer.

Drive the achievement of product and package availability targets, ensuring our portfolio is visible and accessible everywhere.
2. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Your eyes and ears in the market will provide the intelligence needed for strategic decision-making.

Conduct regular and systematic gathering of market intelligence. This includes tracking:

Market Share and shifts therein.

Consumer and trade Trends and Analysis.

Product Availability and visibility.

Competition Activities including promotions, pricing, and new launches.

Communicate this intelligence in a timely and accurate manner to senior management, enabling better monitoring, swift decision-making, and proactive control of the market.
3. Field Leadership & Dealer Relationship Management
