Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Performance Evaluation

2. Service Excellence Advocacy

  • Act as a Service Ambassador, promoting a customer-first culture across branches.

  • Provide on-the-job training to branch staff on service etiquette, complaint handling, and customer engagement.

  • Share best practices to enhance service delivery and brand reputation.

3. Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing service processes and identify areas for optimization.
