Lucky Core Industries is on the lookout for a skilled Manager SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in driving the integration and optimization of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related technologies, with a focus on improving HR processes and systems to drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
- Ensure the effective integration of SAP HCM modules with other systems within the organization.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure SAP HCM solutions align with business needs and objectives.
- Optimize and enhance existing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionality to improve HR processes and data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Maintain system security and data integrity across the SAP HCM platform.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related HR technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, performance management, and learning.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
