As a Finance Trainee Officer, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various finance-related functions and contribute to the financial management of our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support the finance team in daily accounting activities, such as bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying trends and patterns.
  • Assist in conducting financial research and preparing presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow and expenses.
  • Learn and apply financial and accounting principles and regulations.
  • Participate in financial audits and compliance activities.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and propose solutions.
  • Stay updated on financial industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Willingness to work in Karachi, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
