Lucky Core Industries is currently seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join their team as a Manager – Planning and Controlling. This role is vital to the company’s financial planning, controlling, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and a deep understanding of financial management in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and controlling function by ensuring accurate financial planning and performance monitoring.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate trends, variances, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance for business decisions.
- Monitor and control financial performance, including cost management and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: CA, ICAEW, or ACCA qualification, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
