Job Summary:
The Officer Power Operations will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the power systems within the organization. The candidate will play a key role in overseeing power operations, performing regular maintenance checks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Power Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of power systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintenance and Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent failures and improve operational efficiency.
- System Troubleshooting: Address any operational issues or malfunctions in the power systems and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Energy Efficiency: Ensure that energy consumption is optimized and waste is minimized in power-related processes.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all power operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, while maintaining accurate logs and reports for future reference.
Knowledge & Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of power systems and operations, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify operational issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all systems are running efficiently and safely.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for coordinating with different departments and reporting issues.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in power operations or a related field.
- Location: The position is based in Sheikhupura, Pakistan.
