Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd. is actively seeking a Regional Warehouse In-charge to oversee the warehouse operations within their region. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with solid experience in warehouse and distribution center management, particularly within the FMCG sector, to take on a leadership role and manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Regional Warehouse In-charge, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of multiple warehouse locations within the region. Your tasks will include:
- Warehouse Operations: Overseeing all activities related to inventory management, ensuring that products are stored correctly and that stock levels align with sales forecasts.
- Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock rotation, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Staff Leadership: Managing and training warehouse staff, ensuring discipline and performance standards are met across all shifts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy, stock variance, overtime (OT), and turnaround times.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure alignment between inventory levels and sales demand.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications and possess the relevant experience:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with a preference for candidates from the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong experience in inventory handling, dispatch coordination, and warehouse controls.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Location: The position is based in Jallo, Lahore.
