- Location: Plant – Lahore
- Experience: 8-10 years in a relevant field (Automobile experience preferred)
- Qualification: BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
As a Deputy Manager – Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Implementing Maintenance Schedules: Create and maintain regular maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimum performance.
- Monitoring Equipment Health: Conduct condition-based maintenance to monitor and improve the health of equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Troubleshooting and Fault Diagnosis: Respond promptly to equipment failures and diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor the consumption of energy and resources, suggesting improvements in processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely maintenance and support for smooth plant operations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: At least 8-10 years in maintenance roles, ideally within an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of relay logic control systems, PLC systems, and a solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems used in automotive manufacturing.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues effectively and efficiently.
- Energy Management: Knowledge of energy consumption practices and how to improve resource usage to support sustainability initiatives.
