Job Responsibilities:

As the Manager HR & OD, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing the hospital’s human resource functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Policy Development: Assist in the development of HR policies, aligning with organizational goals and strategies.
• Compensation & Benefits: Analyze wage and salary reports to develop a competitive compensation plan.
• Recruitment & Selection: Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates for vacant positions.
• Training & Development: Plan and conduct new employee orientation and continuous training programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain HR records required by law and ensure compliance with local governing bodies.
• Employee Services & Support: Administer employee benefit programs, including pension plans, sick leave, and employee assistance programs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports, recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover, and ensure effective communication of policies.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualification: MBA in Human Resources from a reputable university.
• Professional Qualification: CHRP/SHRM or relevant certifications (preferred).
• Work Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar industries.
