📌 Position Overview
Role Title: HRBP – Projects / HR Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, with frequent travel across Sindh
Position Type: Full-Time
As the HRBP – Projects / HR Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle for field teams, from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll, benefits administration, offboarding, and severance management. You will also be the primary point of contact for HR-related issues and will conduct regular visits to project sites to ensure smooth HR operations and promote employee engagement.
🎓 Required Qualifications
To be considered for the position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education:
- MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- HR certifications such as SHRM or CHRP will be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in managing HR functions, particularly in field hiring and HR operations within the NGO or development sector.
- Experience with employee lifecycle management in a project-based environment is preferred.

As the HRBP – Projects / HR Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, offboarding, and severance management.
- Acting as the primary HR point of contact for field teams, offering support and guidance on HR matters.
- Promoting employee engagement across field teams and conducting regular visits to project sites to support HR activities.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in employee relations.
- Coordinating HR functions with project management teams to ensure seamless HR operations in the field.
- Assisting with performance management, training, and development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
