Job Responsibilities:
As a Driver at Vital Pakistan Trust, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff, IT equipment, and patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle Operation: Safely driving staff, transporting IT equipment, and operating an ambulance for patient and equipment transport.
- Emergency Protocols: Following strict emergency protocols to ensure safety during ambulance operations, including a quick and responsive action in urgent situations.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Safety: Conducting regular vehicle checks and ensuring all emergency equipment is functional.
- Coordination with Maintenance: Ensuring timely coordination for vehicle maintenance and workshop visits, keeping all vehicles in operational condition.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and other related documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Preferably Matric or equivalent, with a valid driving license.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant driving experience.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of traffic regulations, city routes, and safe driving practices.
- Skills: The ability to understand and write basic English and Urdu, maintain a high standard of driving, and work in shifts including nights and weekends.
