Job Overview:
As the Senior Technical Lead – Immunization, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding Vital Pakistan Trust’s immunization programs. This is a high-impact role focused on strategic planning, program implementation, and overseeing immunization initiatives that align with the Trust’s goals and address the health needs of local communities. You will also work closely with government bodies, international organizations, and community leaders to maximize the program’s reach and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the development and expansion of immunization programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the target populations.
- Program Implementation & Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of immunization programs, ensuring they align with Vital Pakistan Trust’s objectives.
- Collaboration: Work in collaboration with government agencies, international health organizations, and community leaders to enhance the program’s impact.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor the progress of immunization campaigns, assess their effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders, reporting on program performance, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- MBBS degree with a Masters in Public Health (MPH) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing immunization programs, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Preferably, experience in non-profit or public health sectors.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead large-scale health programs.
- Proven experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
