**Job Overview**
Vital Pakistan Trust is seeking a **Senior Research Assistant** to support community-based research and data collection efforts. This role involves **field visits, patient follow-ups, data verification, and counseling**, making it ideal for candidates passionate about public health and fieldwork.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Data Collection & Fieldwork**
✔ Conduct **field visits** to verify and update patient information.
✔ Perform **anthropometric measurements** (height, weight, etc.) and ensure accurate data recording.
✔ **Trace patient addresses** for follow-up and compliance tracking.

**2. Reporting & Documentation**
✔ Prepare and submit **weekly progress reports** to the line manager.
✔ Maintain detailed records of **patient calls, compliance, and project incentives**.
✔ Document **meeting minutes** and assist in data organization.

**3. Patient Engagement & Counseling**
✔ Conduct **follow-up calls** with study participants.
✔ Provide **counseling and support** to patients and their families.
✔ Assist in **translation** (if required) for effective communication.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education:**
– **Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences** or equivalent from a recognized institution.

**Experience:**
– **Minimum 1 year** of experience in **fieldwork, data collection, or research-related activities**.
– **Proficiency in Pashto (preferred)** for effective community engagement.
