🎯 Role Mission
As Department Head – Technology Risk, you’ll architect MCB’s enterprise-wide cyber resilience strategy. Leading a team of specialists, you’ll balance innovation with security to future-proof digital banking against evolving threats while ensuring compliance with global and SBP mandates.
🔑 Core Responsibilities

| Govern cloud security (AWS/Azure), API ecosystems, and fintech partnerships | Present risk posture to Board/Group CRO |
| Allocate PKR 50M+ annual budget for security initiatives | Benchmark against global banking standards (BASEL, FFIEC) |

⚙️ Qualifications & Experience
Education

Mandatory: Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Finance; MBA a plus.

Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA (at least two).
Experience

12–15 years in technology risk/cybersecurity, including 5+ years leading teams in:

Banking/fintech at enterprise scale

Proven P&L ownership for security programs.
