Job Role: As a Social Media Specialist at Sapphire, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, shaping our brand narrative and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Being an expert in social media usage and leveraging platforms effectively to reach our target audience.
- Conducting social media analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Creating engaging and compelling content in line with social media trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and emerging trends.
- Demonstrating quick learning abilities and creative thinking to adapt to evolving social media landscapes.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to inform strategy.
- Creativity and innovation to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.
