Are you a qualified Pharmacist with experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management? Galaxy Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Raw Material Officer to join our Warehouse Department. Job Role: Raw Material Officer
As a Raw Material Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of raw materials within our warehouse. Your role will involve maintaining compliance with DRAP guidelines (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials according to pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits of raw material inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement and quality assurance teams to resolve any issues related to raw material quality or availability.
- Maintain documentation and records of raw material transactions, including batch records and expiry dates.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment within the warehouse.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Background: B-Pharm or Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management.
- Skills:
- Good presentation skills for effective communication within the organization.
- Strong knowledge of DRAP guidelines and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Familiarity with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
