Shan Foods is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Gujranwala, Pakistan, as a Regional Sales Manager. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and expand our sales operations in the region.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Sales
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Strong grip on distribution management and sales operations
Key Responsibilities
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed targets
- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and trade partners
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions
- Ensuring effective distribution management and optimizing sales operations
