Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Lahore

Job Description: Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual looking for a challenging opportunity in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry? Hilal Foods is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Lahore team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, managing a team, and ensuring our products reach their target audience.
Responsibilities: As an Area Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Lead the team by deploying effective strategies and executing plans to address local business needs. Motivate and train the team to achieve their sales targets.
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the delivery of volume and value targets assigned to the team by identifying gaps and prospective customers.
- ROI Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of distributors on a monthly basis.
- Inventory Management: Manage the required days’ inventory at all distributors to ensure smooth secondary operations.
- Productivity Optimization: Drive productivity optimization and motivation for the Sales and Operations teams (TSES/TSOS/FSOS) through daily interaction, weekly meetings, and the establishment of smooth operating procedures.
- Distribution Management: Lead and guide the team to manage distributions to improve and/or maintain Retail and Wholesale Split.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited university
Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
