Shan Foods, a leading culinary company based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as AM Payroll & Shared Services. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations.
Capability Snapshot
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- BBA/MBA degree, preferably in HR, from a reputable local or foreign institute
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience independently managing payroll using SAP HCM
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors and SAP – HCM platforms
Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Manager (AM) of Payroll & Shared Services at Shan, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and overseeing shared service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently managing end-to-end payroll operations using SAP HCM
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Resolving payroll-related queries and issues from employees
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes
- Utilizing SuccessFactors and SAP – HCM systems to optimize payroll efficiency
- Overseeing shared services functions related to HR administration
