Are you skilled in machine operations within the FMCG industry? Northern Bottling Company (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Labeler Operator to join our team in Peshawar.
Key Responsibilities
As a Labeler Operator – Sidel, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the Sidel Labeler machine smoothly and efficiently at rated speed while maintaining quality standards.
- Setting up and configuring the Sidel Labelling machine based on product specifications and labeling requirements.
- Ensuring proper adjustments and alignment for accurate and consistent labeling of products.
- Conducting regular inspections of labeled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Handling and maintaining records of raw materials used in the labeling process.
- Managing and replenishing labeling materials, such as labels and adhesives, to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Performing quick changeovers (Flavor/Package) on the machine as required.
- Performing routine maintenance on the Sidel Labeler Machine to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
- Responding quickly to and resolving any mechanical or technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
- Maintaining detailed daily records of machine settings, production outputs, and quality control checks.
- Collaborating with production supervisors and maintenance staff to optimize overall production efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG machine operations.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
