Position: Accounts Officer
Education: Minimum B.Com or above
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Essential Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience (Preferably in manufacturing or retail industry).
- Proficient in the use of SAP & TrakR.
Job Scope: As an Accounts Officer at Eastgate Industries, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to financial management. While your role will encompass diverse duties, some of the primary responsibilities include:
- Enter Payable Vouchers and Payment Summaries: You will be tasked with accurately recording and documenting payable vouchers and payment summaries, ensuring transparency and precision in financial transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Handling bank reconciliation processes efficiently, ensuring that accounts are balanced and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Parking of Monthly Closing/Adjusting Entries: Your role will involve the meticulous organization and recording of monthly closing and adjusting entries, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
- Prepare Debits/Credit Notes against Sales Tax Invoices: Managing debits and credit notes against sales tax invoices, adhering to regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- Summarize Data (BPV, BRV, Payables & Adjusting Vouchers): Compiling and summarizing crucial financial data including BPV, BRV, payables, and adjusting vouchers, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
- Monthly Closing & Adjusting Entries: Executing monthly closing procedures and adjusting entries accurately and efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of financial activities.
