Assistant Manager BTG (Boiler)

Thar Site Office, Sindh, Pakistan
Requirements:
- Boiler Engineer First Class Preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Overall Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager BTG (Boiler), you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring parameters and conducting daily audits of Boilers and Steam Turbine Generators (STGs) and associated auxiliaries to identify issues and ensure timely maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Ensuring safe and reliable operations of units by conducting regular audits and recommending corrective measures.
- Conducting inspections and audits of equipment, preparing reports, and developing equipment history logs and routine maintenance schedules.
- Monitoring contract performance and communicating irregularities to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contractor.
- Coordinating with the O&M Contractor for optimal plant operation and maintenance activities on a daily basis.
- Overseeing offsite monitoring and safety measures for plant equipment and personnel.
- Supporting the development of annual plans for plant availability and performance reporting.
