Key Responsibilities
As an Officer Quality Assurance – IT, your responsibilities will include:
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of IT solutions, including software applications and systems.
- Defect Tracking: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to facilitate timely resolution and enhance product reliability.
- Test Planning and Execution: Developing test plans and strategies, executing test cases, and analyzing results to validate system performance.
- Collaboration: Working closely with development teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address software defects.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
