Job Description
As a Staff Contracting specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and reliable plant operations by managing contractor safety and environmental concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Contracting policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while preparing and reviewing contract agreements.
- Safety and Environment Management: Prioritize contractor safety and environmental management to uphold industry standards and best practices.
- Audit Compliance: Implement and adhere to Process Safety Management (PSM), Environmental Management System (EMS), Integrated Management System (IMS), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) audit recommendations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree (M.Com, MBA) or DAE certification in Contracts Management or related field.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in contracts management within the fertilizer or petrochemical industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
