Key Responsibilities
As the Section Head Process, you will be responsible for:
- Technical Support and Team Leadership: Providing technical guidance and leadership to onsite teams to ensure efficient and effective process operations.
- Manufacturing Plan Review: Reviewing and aligning manufacturing plans to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Daily Plant Monitoring: Overseeing daily plant reports and taking necessary actions to address any operational issues promptly.
- Functional Trainings: Developing and delivering functional trainings to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Project Support: Providing technical expertise and support for both new and existing projects to ensure successful implementation and optimization.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge and expertise in chemical processes, plant operations, and process optimization.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
