Position Overview
Role: Field Operations Executive
Locations: Sahiwal, Okara, Bahawalnagar
Experience: 3-4 years in agriculture, with direct farmer engagement
Education: Bachelor’s degree focused on Agriculture
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in agriculture, preferably in a role involving end-to-end farmer engagement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Agriculture or related field.
- Location Preference: Locals of Sahiwal, Okara, and Bahawalnagar will be given preference.
Job Description
As a Field Operations Executive at FasalPayTM, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and agriculture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Farmer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers in the assigned areas, understanding their needs and providing support through FasalPayTM’s services.
