Position: Manager Quality Assurance Location: 16-Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar
Key Responsibilities: As the Manager Quality Assurance, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quality Management: Effectively implement the Quality Management system to ensure product and package quality meet organizational standards.
- Training: Train and develop the quality control staff to perform their duties in alignment with business needs and quality standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities, including inspection results, raw material evaluations, and packaging assessments.
- Quality Assurance Systems: Oversee the practical implementation of quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Maintenance Alignment: Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure food safety and adequacy of food safety prerequisite programs.
- Complaint Handling: Handle complaints at the factory level, conduct sensory analyses, and monitor environmental pathogen levels as applicable.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate monthly self-assessment reports and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to drive continuous improvement in quality systems.
Experience:
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
Qualification:
- B.Sc in Chemistry, B.S in Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
