The Role:
As an Officer Loading & Dispatch, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, providing coordination and support to the manager to achieve daily dispatch targets. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to preparing documents, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring compliance throughout the dispatch process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all Temporary Lodging Documents (TLD) and system-generated gate passes according to available load and vehicle requirements.
- Coordinate with the Digital Logistics Department (DLD) team, checkers, and executives to finalize gate passes and prepare/print all delivery challans.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure a smooth dispatch process, considering the input of all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Data Entry Operators to address any ERP/EBS requirements that arise during the dispatch process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and code of conduct throughout the dispatch operations.
- Undertake any special tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) and management, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation (B.COM/ B.A) or any equivalent qualification required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, or related fields.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of Oracle and ERP systems being a plus.

This position is based at Port Qasim, Karachi, offering an opportunity to work in a strategic industrial location.
