Job Description:

• Pre-scrutiny of Open Account and Advance Payments Imports remittance requests in accordance with SBP-FEM, TBML Framework, and Import Policy Order guidelines.
• Vessel Tracking of Open Account remittance requests and maintenance of Advance Payment Imports record. Follow up for submission of API shipping documents with branches and its marking in the system.
• Recovery and deposit of API penalty and maintenance of related records.
• Pre-Scrutiny of L/C (Letter of Credit) and Collections payment request.
• Liaison with Branches, RMS (Risk Management System), Circle Offices, etc., for day-to-day operational issues related to the assigned job.
• Ensuring proper filing and record-keeping of documents related to the job.
