Position Overview: Assistant Manager Design – Marketing Home Textiles
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Trend Analysis: Explore new prints and stitching trends, staying ahead of the curve to create customer-centric designs.
- Customer Brief Interpretation: Decipher customer briefs and transform them into captivating presentations, aligning with client requirements.
- Design Mapping: Create, paint, and digitally map designs onto 3D objects, bringing trend boards to life.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with upcoming trends in the textile industry. Provide insightful reports based on market research to inform design decisions.
- Sample Execution: Assist the team in sample execution, involving frequent visits to manufacturing facilities for quality control and feedback.
Person Specifications:
- Education: BSc in Textile Design or Fine Arts.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
