Position Overview: Factory Accounts Manager
The Factory Accounts Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of accounting processes at the site. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to streamline accounting operations while maintaining legal and procedural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead, manage, and monitor all accounting functions at the factory site.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate, develop, and improve departmental controls, systems, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all accounting processes at the site comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education:
- ACCA, ACMA, or MBA in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile sector.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a factory accounting role is highly desirable.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
