Capability Snapshot

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales (experience level flexible based on potential and enthusiasm)
  • Strong passion for sales and achieving targets

Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager at Shan, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities
  • Implementing promotional activities and campaigns to drive product visibility and sales
  • Providing timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective product distribution and availability
