Are you an experienced professional in heavy machinery operations and maintenance? IKAN Engineering Services Private Limited is urgently seeking a skilled individual to join us as a Foreman Heavy Machinery at our location in Lahore.
Position: Foreman Heavy Machinery
Qualification: Diploma in Auto Engineering or Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years

Job Responsibilities:
- Repair, overhaul, and recover earth-moving equipment such as excavators, graders, rollers, and dumpers.
- Supervise mechanics to ensure timely recovery of machinery.
- Recruit and train operators and drivers for efficient machinery operation.
- Coordinate repairs with external vendors in the market.
- Manage the mobilization of machinery at different project sites.
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of machinery.
- Preference will be given to ex-Army personnel from EME (Electrical and Mechanical Engineering).
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong experience in heavy machinery repair and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exemplary safety record and adherence to safety protocols.
