Requirements:
- Education: Graduation/Master’s Degree
- Experience: 6-7 years’ experience in the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities: As a Manager Export at FAZAL GROUP, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and verifying all necessary shipping documents required by the sales and marketing department.
- Reviewing multiple options of forwarders and carriers for loading programs, bill of lading, and vessel availability in a timely manner.
- Evaluating and selecting efficient shipping lines and freight forwarders, while checking the LCS documentation.
- Preparing and filing custom documents with EFS/Non-EFS/FI, etc.
- Ensuring that any applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are correctly indicated on the invoices and match the customs declarations.
- Arranging shipping details, including export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, and routing of products.
- Performing invoice reconciliation to ensure that all financial transactions related to export shipments are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Coordinating and following up on export shipments from origin to the final destination.
