Getz Pharma, Pakistan’s leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Assistant Manager in Enterprise Applications – HCM to join our IT team in Karachi. If you are SAP HCM certified and have a strong background in SAP HCM processes and solutions, we invite you to apply and contribute to our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Problem Diagnosis: Collaborate with business areas to diagnose issues with existing SAP HCM processes and programs. Initiate the design of new SAP applications independently, working with users to define business needs and potential solutions.
  • Analysis and Design: Perform complex analysis and design for SAP HCM. Develop and unit test SAP HCM software for interfaces, conversions, and custom reports.
  • HR Solutions: Research and recommend available HR solutions to address requirements and maintain existing solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and study business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP PA/OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, or other HCM components.
  • Payroll Support: Support and assist HR processes, especially in payroll processing. Ensure user acceptance by involving stakeholders in design, functionality, and testing.
  • Documentation: Prepare data models, functional flow diagrams, and other documentation following departmental standards and methodology.
  • Reporting: Generate PA, OM & T ad-hoc queries (may need to create new) and wage type reports.
  • Master Data: Set up master data for testing.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science.
  • SAP HCM Certification is required.
  • Minimum of 4 to 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of various SAP modules.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented, flexible, and resourceful.
