Position Overview: We are seeking a Manager Accounts Payable for our Head Office in Multan. As the Manager Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Requirements:
- Education: ACCA/ACMA/CA-Finalist.
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities: As the Manager Accounts Payable, your responsibilities will include:
- Review and approval of various vouchers, including purchases, payments, and petty cash. Monitor vendor payment aging.
- Approval of utility bills and logistics payments.
- Review and maintenance of accounts payables, reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Ensuring timely payments, including processing, marketing, and transportation expenses.
- Validation of purchase vouchers and coordination with the purchase department.
- Management of advances and reconciliation of monthly reports. Oversight of supplier records in Oracle.
- Coordination with auditors and accounts for audits.
- Monitoring the scanning of vouchers and management expenditures.
- Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluating and enhancing accounts payable processes for efficiency and accuracy. Generating and analyzing reports related to accounts payable, financial reconciliation, and cash flows.
