As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the branch manager in all aspects of branch operations and customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist the branch manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Support the branch manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
