Key Accountabilities:
- Team Management for Maintenance Scheduling, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Reduction of Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of machines, along with managing critical spares.
- Active participation in Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar Activities.
- Performance management to meet departmental and organizational goals.
- Initiating energy-saving and monitoring initiatives.
- Implementation of safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (BSc Electrical/Electronics).
- Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) & Control Systems, as well as electrical safety standards.
- Ability to lead and engage a high-performance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
