Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting various spinning calculations, costing, and analysis of cotton, polyester, and other fibers.
- Expertly calculating and analyzing yield in different counts for cotton/polyester.
- Completing account reconciliations, analyzing and researching balance sheets.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly accounts and conducting financial analysis.
- Assisting the Manager Account in weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes for the spinning department, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and efficient cash flow management.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and legal regulations. Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Utilizing working experience in SAP, which will be preferred.
Core Expertise:
- Spinning yield analysis and costing for all spinning segments in cotton/PC manufacturing.
- Good experience in SAP-ERP spinning.
- Knowledge of cotton/polyester raw material specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end spinning mill Accounts/Costing processes.
Qualifications:
- CA Finalist/ICMA/MBA
Experience:
- 05-06 years of experience in a Spinning Unit (Assistant Manager)
- 06-10 years of experience in a Spinning Unit (Deputy Manager)
