Arabian United Float Glass Co. (AUFGC) is dedicated to producing high-quality glass structures, and we are looking for a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, extensive experience in manufacturing industries (including at least 4 years as a reliability engineer), and relevant certifications (CRE, RCA, CMRP), we encourage you to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience: More than 10 years of work experience in manufacturing industries, with at least 4 years specifically as a reliability engineer.
- Certifications: Preferably hold certifications in reliability (CRE), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to optimize asset performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Develop and maintain maintenance and reliability best practices.
Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent
Department: Maintenance
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Over 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: Preferably possess certifications in CMRP and ISO 9001 lead auditor.
- Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team in ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical equipment.
- Implement ISO 9001 quality standards and lead internal audits as an ISO 9001 lead auditor.
- Make critical decisions and provide leadership to maintain optimal mechanical performance.
