Position: Female Retail Sales Associate/Salesperson
Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for fashion? Beechtree is looking for enthusiastic Female Retail Sales Associates/Salespersons to join our team. If you’re a self-motivated, fashion-forward individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet & Direct Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Provide Accurate Information: Assist customers by providing accurate information about our articles and products.
- Answer Customer Questions: Address customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable responses about company products.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of new products and fashion trends to better assist customers.
- Stock Maintenance: Ensure store racks are fully stocked and neatly organized.
- Other Tasks: Be open to performing any other tasks as assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of the store.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Listening Skills: Pay close attention to customer needs and preferences.
- Sales Acumen: Exhibit excellent sales skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
