Position: Assistant Manager Engagement & Culture
Location: Islamabad
Are you a seasoned Engagement & Culture professional ready for a fresh challenge? Engro Enfrashare invites you to be part of our HR team in our Islamabad office. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the culture and engagement initiatives of a dynamic organization.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Masters in Business Administration from a reputable university.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in people & culture initiatives, including diversity and inclusion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Foster awareness and understanding of Engro’s central Idea and values.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher sessions for new employees to instill and reinforce Engro values.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Employee Engagement Surveys (EES) to promote transparency, trust, and identify key focus areas. Propose action plans based on survey insights for management approval and execute them with continuous pulse checks.
- Ensure the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) policy is up to date and implemented across all facets of the organization. Collaborate with DE&I ambassadors to plan and schedule companywide gender sensitization trainings.
- Develop and implement a learning strategy to create a self-learning culture within the organization.
- Propose and execute initiatives to foster a learning culture, promote the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and encourage Coursera courses.
- Create a comprehensive training calendar with detailed course content, target audience, training sources, budget, duration, and other key information. Design and implement Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) interventions to promote an inclusive workplace.
